Original Caller ID cannot be display while transferring a call through ICT

Dear Expert,

I found that when I transfer a call through Intercluster Trunk (ICT) the original caller ID cannot be displayed. The scenario as below:

 

Phone 1 --> CUCM 1 --ICT--> CUCM A --> Phone A. Phone A can see the call is from Phone 1. Then Phone A transfer the call to Phone 2

Phone A --> CUCM A --ICT--> CUCM 1 --> Phone 2. In that case Phone 2 see the call si from Phone A instead of Phone 1.

Is there any way can keep the original caller ID through ICT?

have you set the 'Calling Party Selection' to Originator on the ICT?

Yes, it is Originator.

is that the blind transfer or consultive transfer?

 

does the phone-2 display phone-A number after the call is connected or only during the alerting state?

It should be consultive transfer but normal user behavior is press the 2nd transfer key follow with the dialed extension without waiting phone-2 user answer the phone. The calling ID is phone-a after connected
