Has anyone ever successfully been able to present the original calling party's number across Centrex PRI's when either using mobility connect or simply having desk phone forwared to a cell phone? We are being told by the person we are working with at telco that outbound caller ID is only possible with screening tables.
I believe having them remove the screening table may resolve the issue but is there anything else that would need to be done on the Centrex side?
