Outbound Caller ID and Centrex PRI's

Has anyone ever successfully been able to present the original calling party's number across Centrex PRI's when either using mobility connect or simply having desk phone forwared to a cell phone?  We are being told by the person we are working with at telco that outbound caller ID is only possible with screening tables.

I believe having them remove the screening table may resolve the issue but is there anything else that would need to be done on the Centrex side?

As you mentioned yourself. CLID issues like that must be sorted out by telco, and there is nothing you can do about on user side.
