Outbound Calls getting CANCELed, Incoming calls giving Not Accepatable Media

Good day everyone,

I have just set up a SIP trunk with an ISP and I'm getting errors when I make outbound and inbound calls. For outbound calls, I get the 480 - Temporarily Unavailable message  and I see a CANCEL somewhere in the debugs. For inbound calls, I see a 'Not acceptable Media' message even though i have all the codecs configured under the dial peer. My ITSP is also saying they have all the codec options available.

 

I kindly seek help from the community.
