Outbound calls receive silence after dialing number

Hello,

I have an issue where users at a site are trying to place outbound calls to the PSTN but are unable to.  They receive a dial tone and dial the numbers but receive nothing but silence after dialing the number.  Even after 2 minutes there is still only silence.  I have attached debugs for ccapi inout, vpm signal and h225 ans1.  Any help or troubleshooting ideas would be appreciated

Call Flow:

IPhone -> CUCM -> H.323 -> Gateway -> PSTN

Preston,

Looks like the call is trying to go out on voice-port 1/0/15 (FXO)


Have you proved that you can make calls on the line attached to router
by disconnecting router and use a POTS phone.

debug vpm signal - may also help.
