Outbound calls via FXO fails CUCM 7.1.5 H323 GW

Hi,

I am doing a POC with the following

CUCM  - 7.1.5.31900-3

2821 - (C2800NM-SPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(25d)

2821 is loaded with VIC2-4FXO. 2821 is configured  as H323 gw with the CUCM

The issue is i m not able to make any outbound pstn calls via the FXO, but incoming calls are working fine via fxo. Please find the attached config files and debug messages

Check CM.  It looks like CM is sending 'incompatible destination:'
