Outbound Issue on FXO Line

Hi All - I am facing an issue with Outbound calls on FXO Line, Inbound is working fine on same Port

 

Analog Line -- FXO -- CUCM

voice-port 0/0/0

supervisory disconnect anytone

signal groundStart

cptone AE

connection plar 1050

 

// Inbound

Initially we had an issue with Inbound as well i.e when calls routed the IP Phone via FXO line and Went Off-Hook once customer disconnect the line FXO remains Off-Hook and the line is completely occupied and next caller will get Busy Tone when they try to reach same no since FXO is in Off-Hook

But as soon as Calls is disconnected from IP-Phone  FXO line went back to on-hook and Dorm state.

After adding supervisor disconnect anytone issue FXO line is moving to Dorm and on-hook as soon as call is disconnected from either customer/ from IP Phone.

 

// Outbound

When we removed supervisor signal Outbound is working fine but at the same time we are facing issue for Inbound calls.

 

Any suggestion please.

Try to configure this port as below..

voice-port 0/0/0
cptone AE
timeouts wait-release 1
signal groundStart
connection plar opx 1050

Note: If you configure detection of anytone, you must also enable echo cancellation to prevent disconnection due to the detection of the router's own ringback tone.
