Outbound SIP Issue

Have setup CUBE to support a static SIP service by our provider. We moved from using a dynamic to static setup.  Ran across a strange issue where on the outbound leg of the call to the provider... on the ACK To: field, we are appending the 5060 port number a second time.   This is causing the call to disconnect after 30 seconds.   We are running ISR4331 16.6.4 ios.  Working with TAC and confirmed nothing in the config is causing this.  I created a rule and applied to the outbound 11 digit dialpeer to the carrier that looks like this:   rule 5 request ANY sip-header To modify "@xxx.142.200.14:5060:5060" "@xxx.142.200.14:5060"  which resolved the issue.  However, not happy with this fix and trying to find root cause.  Any idea's or experience something similar??
