you can use after office call block to block the pattern.

you can use reference doc below

https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/127356/tech-note-securing-cisco-unified-cme-and-ip-phones

Thanks Nadeem for your reply but the issue is i want to block outgoing calls

after office only for reception phone. other phones should work normal

we are blocking 24/7 international call using call blocking, users use login pin

so if i put other pattern of 9.T For local ,national and international to block after office-hours all phones will get blocked and all uses have to use pin after office to make calls

plus cant put after-hours exempt then cannot control users with international pin dialing

plz advise

hello Alan

at this moment which i can think you can use "after-hour exempt" on phones that you want allow even after hours, but config would remain the same, the phones which falls under the after-hour-exempt will override the after-hour and would be able to make and those who are not may not able to.

Please refer to this document.

Hi Nadeem,

the issue is i have a call block pattern 900 for inlt calls 24*7 if i put "after hours expempt"

i cannot control users for international calls with pin all of them will overide the function

please share your thought

Hi,

I think the best way out is using lpcor class of restriction with fac or forced authorization codes as per the following doc:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/admin/configuration/guide/cmeadm/cmefac.html
