Dear team,
How i can block all outgoing and emergency number after business hours in CUCM 8.6 on branch sites.
Emergency number should route to HQ extent ion.

You need to study the document...Even though this is for incoming calls..The concept is the same for outgoing calls. You configure your route patterns and out them in partition configured with time shedules.. The Route patterns for out of hours for normal calls will be blocked and You can use tranlsation patterns for out of hours emergency calls and send it to the HQ or where you want it to go
