Hello Sir,
Good morning to you all.I would like to ask you to some question about outgoing call fail via sip trunk.We have 2 BE7K and last week we setup direct SIP trunk from CUCM to ITSP. SIP Trunk from CUCM and ITSP's SIP Proxy is connected and service is up.When we make outgoing call,call is rejected.Could I get your support to solve this issue? Following is setup diagram.

hi,
as you mentioned the trunk is up, have you checked the reason of disconnect.
collect the CCM logs for one test call.

hi,
i checked the logs and found 202.163.63.213 is replying with 403 forbidden message, for the invite message.
best is to check with the person managing 202.163.63.213 and understand why this is happening.
for your reference you can share the invite with "Call-ID: cdc9d000-c9017089-53e3b-a0b10ac@172.16.11.10" to them.
