Outgoing call issues

Hello,

There's a branch of a bank that's having problems with outgoing calls. They use CUCM and they have three lines. The have call several times to establish a communication with the other party. Many of those times they will hear the message: "this number is not part of a customer in service" (literally translated, sorry).

I still have no info like configuration but could somebody give me some ideas on how to start troubleshooting this issue?

What kind of trunk/interface do you use for the calls??
Run some debugs in the gw, but from what you're mentioning, it does sound you're reaching either the destination, or your telco doesn't know how to route the calls to those numbers. Have you tried asking your telco about this??

Regarding your first question, they use trunk-group PSTN.

I'll try running some debugs just in case but it maybe the telco doesn't know how to route the calls as you say.

As soon as I have more info I'll let you know.
