Hello,
I work on a service desk and currently when we make outgoing calls it just adds thats time in the unavailability time instead of showing it seperatly. I know that we use CCM. We have been told that CCM is limited and can not show outgoing call time seperate from unavailability.
This doesn't sound right to me, Ii would be very suprise if CCM can't be configured to do this? Please can anybody advise
