outside calls not showing in the caller id display

Hi ,

We are facing an issue where one of the user is not able to get the caller id info for the outside calls. Can someone kindly guide on how should i proceed on this apart from the certain debug commands.

More info required

System type CUCM or CME ?

Gateway type Model protocol MGCP H323 SIP ?

PSTN acccess type T1/E1 FXO SIP trunk ?

show run would be good too.
