Is it possible I can use cisco ip phone as pa system .

If I dial  a number and , its can connected to a speaker ....

Yes, but you need to buy the 3rd party HW to determine how it will connect to CME/CUCM and then perform the integration.

With CUCM, I believe you need an external paging server or system. With CUCME, you can use the built-in paging feature. Works as unicast (limit to 10 stations only) and multicast. Supports both SCCP and SIP Phones.

if you're talking about overhead paging, yes you can it depends on the amp you going to use some amps needs 3rd device some you connect straight from the CME/ CUCM gateway to them. on them CME you use this dial peer on fxo port.

By default Cisco doesn’t have a Paging System. If it’s a CME I guess you can configure Paging. But with Call Manager you need 3rd party Software such as Information to do paging.
