We are experiancing a few phones at 1 location that are cutting out during a internal or external call. If you hit the ? twice during the call all the phone effected are experiancing a lot of packet loss. Sometime the effected phones will also re-register with CallManager on their own.

Do you have QoS in place between the sites? Looks like you are seeing the correct results and there is a network problem taking place.

What is the current BW to that location?
Do you have QoS configured fro Call Signalling and Voice ?
Which type of link? VPN,PPP,FrameRelay,ATM, Internet?
Phones running latest phone load?
In EV what is the reason code for unregistration?

The problem is at the Corporate office local to all servers including Call Manager. I do have auto QoS on the 4500 switch that these phones are plugged into. I have 250 additional phones at the same location that are not having any problems. I found documentation on Cisco's website that states a network problem but, nothing in the network has changed. A network problem is kind of a general error.
