paging server 11.5 issue with 8851 phones

Hi

i have paging server (informacast) ver 11.5 as basic.

i configured the server with sip integration ( not cti ) , and the paging working fine with 7841 cisco phones but not with 8851.

accordind to paging server  ver 11.5 pdf , the 8851 model should be supported brodcusting.

as i understand here, the last version of "paging server " is 11.5.2  and u wrote

11.7(1)MN121.

please explain...

Shoham,

After looking at the bug again, I believe this is referring to versions of SIP firmware for this phone. However, 11.7 is not a valid release number. Possibly a future release? Can you try installing the latest firmware for this phone - 11.5(1)SR1?

I came across this post during my investigation for the same issue, i know this is a pretty old post just curious to see if you ever got this resolved?  If so, do you recall what the resolution was?
