Pause In Speed Dial on 7800 and 8800 series phones

Do the 7800 and 8800 series phones support Pause in speed dials? From my searches, it appears the feature was introduced on 8900 and 9900 phones but can not find any reference of this feature for 8800 and 7800 models. 

Is the feature implemented in CUCM or phone firmware?

Doesn't work on Cisco 8865 - MRA 8865 

I'm trying on Cisco 8865 (MRA) using Firmware: sip8845_65.12-5-1SR3-74 and it doesn't work.  It works on my Office (non-MRA) Cisco 8865.
