PC Mac via IP Phone

Hi,

Is it possible to retrieve the Mac Address and/or IP Address of the PC thats connected to the phone. I tried to checked the dumps of the phone but it only verifies that a phone is connected but no additional information.

CUCM: Version 9

From cucm i dont know but yes from the switch you can pull out by sh mac-address table but it last only for 30 mins.

I trying to retireve the pc mac from the phone, if possible I would like to send commands to the phone and get a repsone with the MAC.

Dont know of any such command, but you can try checking the phone console logs.

Else you can contact TAC and they can help.
