Solved: PCD VM to VM

Hi,

I have CUCM ver 7.15 running on VM. I now have a requirement to upgrade to the latest version of 10.5. My question is, can I use PCD for this?

I will be hosting the 10.5 on a new server and keeping the same hostname and ip address.

You'll need to test it, having 7.x on a VM is not something we support, and therefore, not something PCD was tested to do.

Officially that would be ruled as NOT supported.
