PCM capture procedure 5850

Hello,

I am looking for the call capture procedure for the 5850 PRIs. The usual commands for 5850 are not available. I would normally use:

voice hpi capture buffer 1000000

voice hpi capture destination flash:pcm.dat (although I would use an FTP server in this case)

test voice port <num> pcm-dump caplog 7

Neigther "voice hpi" and test voice "port" are not available in the IOS. We are running 12.4(7h). I have been waiting for 4 days for the TAC engineer to come up with the proper commands to do a call caputer to help troubleshoot a TAC case. Has anyone done a capture on a 5850 by chance?

The voice hpi capture command is supported in 12.4(7h).

You can use the command look up tool to verify this.

Thank you for the link to the tool. Unfortunately the commands are not available on the device itself even though the tool says it should be. According to TAC the only way to do a call capture is to do a sniffer capture.
