Permanent On a Call

Hi all!

UCM - 11.5.1.11900-26

IMP - 11.5.1.11900-21

Phones - IP Phone 7911, 3905, 6921

Recently I faced with the problem, users go to permanent "On a Call" in Jabber. Phone handset is on-hook and Jabber is not calling. They both do not call anywhere. Then I dial to user there is busy signal, but user can call me.

After restart phones users go "Available" for some time. 

Could you please suggest what can be done in this situation.

Many thanks!

It seems I have found the problem. CUCM Presence Viewer shows correct status of users, but Jabber client shows "Offline, On a Call". I downgrade Jabber client from 11 to 10.x and now status is correct.

Hi Anton,

You may also try with latest version of jabber and see if that helps. Downgrading is not a good idea as it exposes the system to more bugs, you may involve TAC if needed.
