Hi,

Does someone know about how many entries we can add per user?

Is there limit?  If possible, I would like to make sure that on document.

The number is 99, its mentioned in the following doc for 88XX series IP phone

Personal Directory

The personal directory, or address book (PAB), contains a list of your personal contacts. You can assign and use fast-dial codes to PAB entries for quick dialing.

The PAB supports a maximum of 99 entries.

I should have looked at the user guide.   

How about 7800 series?  Actually, I want to use Personal Diresctory with 7861.

I just looked at 7800 series user guide, but I can't see the number.

Is it the same number(99) with 7800?  Should I try with actual system to know the number?

For 7800 series the documentation is not clear about max entries in Personal directory

Personal Directory

The personal directory contains a list of your personal contacts. You can assign fast-dial codes to your personal directory entries for fast-dialing.

You can set up your personal directory from your phone or from the Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal. Use your phone to assign fast-dial codes to the directory entries. Basically if you open the device config page of a 78XX and click on Add/update speed dials you get 199 entries including fast dials.

This mens that you can have upto 199 entries added there and they can be accessed using fast dial codes assigned to them.

You may try on a 78XX in your cucm , add a quick 99 dummy entries followed by a couple of extra entries for fast dials and try accessing them from the phone.
