Personal local phone directory in 7821 Phone in CME

Dear All

I have a customer who wants to establish the following:

   i) personal directory per user (IP phone) that can be accessed and edited from the IP Phone (Cisco IP Phone 7821)

   ii) this directory can be locally on the IP Phone or on the CME router itself

   iii) the purpose of the previous 2 is for the user to be able to see on the screenof the IP Phone the name of the person calling from an external line, if

       there is such entry in his personal phonebook.

The customer's installation consists of a Cisco 2911 chasis (running IOS v15.3(3)M3) , CME v10 and only 7821 SIP IP Phones.

Is this anyway possible using only CME itself or do I need an XML service, IIS web server, SQL server and so on...?

Personal directory is enabled by default in CME and users can be created by navigating through directory button

In the 7821 phone I am using in my test lab, the directory button does not show any contacts or give

me any other options. Am I missing something?

I am attaching the configuration of my test CME.
