The phone model 7975 having problem with registering in call manager.
when connecting phone in the network.
first it is getting power
then on the scrren showing UPGRADING.
Tthen showing AUTHENTICATION FAIL.
What could be the cause?

Wrong forum, post (and search) in "voice - IP telephony". You can move your post using the Actions panel on the right.

Hi,
your issue is related to firmware upgrade issue. you need to check the current firmware of your on phone and ccm.
you need to upgrade the phone to firmware version 8.5.2. then upgrade to latest one in ccm
