phone background change

i am trying to change the background image of CIPC but getting fail, as phone is not changing the background image.

i have used directory Desktops/320x212x16 and Desktops/320x212x12 both for same picture.

list file configuration is as below

Is the image listing under CIPC user preferences->Background Images ?

Can you try with 320x212x12 image in XML.
