Phone book contacts need to be flash for incoming call

HI,

We have saved few Contacts of customer in Cisco phone but customer wants saved contact name to be flashed while getting incoming calls from mentioned number instead of Caller number. Is it possible to flash the name for incoming calls?

No, CUCM doesn't provide that feature natively, you would need to buy a 3rd party to do that.

Hello Jaime,

In cluster we are using IP Trade phones(3rd party), in this we have facility. 

There is no alternate solution for Cisco phones(Currently we are using 99XX, 88XX).

No, as I already mentioned, this is NOT natively provided by CUCM or the phones.
