Hi to all,

any of you knows if it is possible to customize phoene button label?

i'm going to explain better...i confugured the third button of a 7965 to work as a log out hunt group button and i want change the label in something like filter on...

Is it possible and if yes how can change it?

Hello,

Log on to the CCMuser url for that userid and password , choose from the user option -> device then choose the service url

when you choose the selected URL with a button , you can assign a label and ASCII name.

It is a good idea but not useful because Hunt group logout is not a service with a service url so from ccmuser page i cannot customize it

Hi think it is just a status of DN and it is not managed

by a service url...

No you cannot change the name, they will look the same as if they were softkeys just assigned to a device button.

If you use the appropriate softkey template, there is a

button with the description "HLOG" this will let a user log in and out of a huntgroup.

the name cannot be change, so you will have to communicate to your users to use the button that says "HLOG"
