Phone button template 8865 with Expansion keep chaining

Hello ...

I have 8865 phone with expansion module , the expansion module has almost 29 speed-dials and they are shown on the expansion screen and they are working normal, until the phone button template change automatically then the speed dial became unassigned and then the situation fixed when I change the phone button template to it's normal settings .

This happens in periodic time (I can say once a week).

Any Idea why this happening ?

How to fix the issue permanently?

The phone operated by POE switch, no power cube attached.

CUCM Version is           : System version: 10.5.2.11900-3

Phone firmware version : Active Load ID: sip8845_65.10-3-2-16
