Debug indicates phone line is not active.

indicates phone line is not active ?

htsp_process_event: [0/0/3, FXOLS_WAIT_DIAL_TONE, E_DSP_SIG_1100]fxols_power_denial_detected

This is what causes ?

Hi,

When a Power Denial is detected, that means:

1-Cable is not connected

2-Far end FXS is not providing power anymore

Those 2 are the most common I've faced. You better contact your Telco to check the lines.
