cp-7811-3PCC-K9 v2 is not registering in cucm

Network status shows connected on phone but not on cucm

How have you configured the device in CM? As the device has 3PCC firmware it would not identify itself as a “normal” 7811 device. To have the phone register in CM you’ll need to create it as a 3:rd party SIP device or change the firmware to Enterprise and configure it as a normal 7811 device in CM.

Yes, i've configured the device in CM but nothing, i tried adding the sip as a third party sip device but the phone is still not registering. Any ideeas on how i can change the firmware to enterprise?
