No but that would be a nice feature. In order for this to work the phone would need to send a message to the call manager server when a user changes their ringtone or background on a phone when it is logged into Extension Mobility (EM). The ringtone or background setting would then need to be stored in the call manager's database and tied to the User Device Profile (UDP) so that whenever the UDP is applied to a phone it would send the background and ringtone setting to the phone that is being logged into.
Is there a way in UCCE with using an admin script maybe using the email application in Call Studio to send out an email? I know in UCCX you can send out an email if the script were to fail but is there a way to do it in UCCE? Any help would be great!
