My Finesse profile doesn't have a phone directory - my co worker and CCX customers do. I was able to add/delete contacts for their group directories, I know now that the changes didn't take effect until they log off/on again.
I tried various CCX settings for me, I'm already a secondary supervisor for several groups that I monitor with Finesse. As expected, CCX Resource settings such as skillets or team assignment didn't enable a directory for me either. I wonder how I can add/enable it to my profile?

I saw in CCX there's Cisco Finesse Administration, but I don't have access.

There is something that could phone book which you can access through the finesse administration web interface (https://uccx IP address :8445/cfadmin).
Inside the phone book, you can create a list of contacts and then assign that phone book to UCCX teams so the agents can access it from the finesse dashboard.
For more about that below find the below link which explains all the details:

I did find the admin page previously, which is where I was able to add and remove contacts. Those changes were effective after the clients logged off/on again, or logged on after I made the changes. I see that the different Teams phone books are assigned to Teams, but I still don't know how to enable the phonebook for me. I first thought maybe I can't since I'm a secondary supervisor for several teams. But my supervisor has the phone book and is a secondary supervisor for several teams.
