Hello Guys,

I have taken on the support of a CME with little knowledge so forgive my ignorance.  We have an issue where calls are coming into the office and they ring busy.  Some of the times they ring OK but caller have complained about the phone lines being busy. Below is the configuration. Thanks in advance.

Hi

Can you try the below , please ?.

voice-port 0/0/0

cptone                               // your contry//

no timeouts wait-release     or  timeouts wait-release infinty

Thanks

Please rate all useful information

I made these changes but it still rings busy.  Would this be something that the carrier has to configure?  How would I be able to test this to know if the carrier has configured the hunt group or roll over feature correctly?

if the trunk ports are FXO, it looks like to me you need the carrier to set up a hunt group for those 3 lines

otherwise can try the "call-forward busy " on the ephone-dn
