Phone no answer options

We're running Call Manager 8 and Unity Connection 6. All of our phones default to voicemail if no one answers their phone. We have a reqeust to have a certain DN to go to the attendant and give options such as a directory of users or to contact another user at another DN. Is this done via the annunicator or does this have to be changed within the voicemail box ?

You need to do such tasks in a call handler in CUC and change the CFNA behavior to route to a CTI RP.

BTW there's no CUC 6.x. The only versions are 1.X, 2.X, 7.X, 8.X
