Several of our offices when all phones are not answered call they continually ringing and are not going to VM. If you call the VM number directly, it continually rings and doesn't allow you to login. It connects after 10 rings.

Have you set the call no answer call forward to VM on the directory numbers?

That’s correct. Make sure the forward all call routing of extensions are enabled to voicemail. Also check the forward routing tables
analyze the call using unity port monitor
