V strange one, IP Phone is registered with CUCM 7.1.5 but on the Phone display its showing "Phone not registered". Even I can search using Corporate directory but once i get back on the main screen, same message appears on the phone.

- This issue may be related with custom Softkey template.

I'm getting the same notice, I've tried going back to default settings, removed the device a few times and it still shows that, only appears when first boot of the phone.
Running CUCM 8.5, had to manually do this Phone load: SCCP69xx.8-5-3-0
As the 9.1 code would just sit there on the percentage screen at zero----you could still use the phone. Even after letting the phone sit for 30 minutes it would still be at zero percent.
Other than that, not really a bad little phone.

What exactly is a default template and how do I find it?
one of our phones on a network was unplugged (computer and network) when it was plugged back in it says phone not registered and it will not change.
I reset the whole crappy comcast system and still nothing. All other phones working.
