Phone Registers But it keeps trying to open my tftp server

My 7960 registers and finds all of its files but every 30-45 seconds it will say opening 192.168.10.1 and i cant figure out why there is no status update for it and i cant see my debug tftp events

The phone is running 8.X.X firmware and this behaviour is "normal".
It will keep "pinging" the TFTP server and continuously download the configuration file.

Its a phones' normal process to try to reach the TFTP server for firmware/software update.
