Phone registration Failure

Greetings,

I am having problem with registering SIP Phones 7811, 7821 series.

I got some SDL logs from the CUCM and the error I am getting after I try to register the phone with a secure SIP profile and install/upgrade the LSC is this:

SIP/2.0 403 Forbidden

Server: Cisco-CUCM11.0
CSeq: 106 REGISTER
Warning: 399 MPJCUCM1 "Device security mismatch: expected TLS, received TCP/UDP"

I would be grateful is somebody gave me any hint or help on this topic.

Have you completed the steps for mixed mode?

Have you made sure all certificates and services related to secure registration are OK?

Yes we have, because we have 7975 and 7945 SCCP phones and they seem to register just fine after i reenable the secure profiles and do the installation of LSCs on them.
