phone reset options and SSL VPN cert survivability

I have CUCM self-signed (CAPF I believe) certs on my 7900 and 8800 series phones that are used to establish AnyConnect SSL VPN.  If I have a problem with a remote phone I want to make sure that I don't delete this cert.  What reset options can I use that _wont_ delete the cert?  In the unfortunate event that a cert is deleted, is there a way to install the cert and VPN config on a phone that is not able to establish a VPN?

Hi DIEGO,

Reset Security Settings and performing factory reset will delete the
certificate.

If you lose it, you need to get the phone back to put the certificate.
