Earlier today we performed a test of our E911 systems, and one of the phones tested went to an incorrect emergency center. The phone in question went to the default ERL, rather than the ERL for the location here. Checking CUCM, I could not determine what setting might be preventing the phone from being place on the correct ERL to go to the correct emergency center. I compared the settings for the phone in question to a phone that worked, and the settings appeared to be identical.
