Phone status unregistered on Publisher

I just setup a subscriber in my CUCM 12.5 environment and moved a phone over to a new device pool that is pointing to the subscriber. The phone registered fine with the subscriber but the publisher shows unregistered for this phone. I have restarted the RIS data collector service on both pub and sub and also checked the db replication state and it shows 2-good. Any suggestions?

I checked this morning and it now shows the correct unified cm that it is registered to but the status still shows unregistered.

@Phil Bradley  whats the active CUCM version you are using?

to get active CUCM version, 

#show version active

There is latest SU2 version released and make sure you install. May be that fixes your issue.

I actually just ran across another post with a user having the same issue and they restarted the Tomcat service and the registrations shows correct. I just restarted Tomcat on the publisher and the status is showing registered on the pub now.
