Phones cannot register with new CUCM

Hi,

We have a 2-node CUCM 8.6.2.21900-5 cluster. Recently, we have added 2 more nodes to the cluster. But phones cannot register to new nodes (it shows Rejected).

Have anyone faced with this issue before? Pls give me an instruction on how to solve it.

Did you restart the whole cluster after you added the two new nodes?

First Pub And when it come ups then the other nodes , one by one

A packet capture and traces would be needed to diagnose the problem from the failing SUBs.

Are these new auto registered phones?

Auto Registration has to be enabled in the new servers.. and can u elaborate what reject message you are getting?

Auto registration does not have to be enabled on any servers, in fact auto registration is only enabled on one server. It appears he has the phones are already defined in CUCM and are showing rejected there.

As already suggested reboot the cluster, also check for database replication status between all servers.
