Phones not syncing with CUCM time

Hi,

 

I just ran into a issue where phones are showing the wrong time. Phones are showing 6 mins difference. I checked and found on CUCM that they were getting the wrong time from NTP. I corrected that and CUCM is showing the correct time when i check by 'utils ntp status'. However, phones are still showing 6 mins difference. Any suggestions/advise.

Have you restarted a phone to see if time will update. Sccp phones get time from sccp signaling messages, SIP phone use phone ntp reference. I would check what your phone ntp reference are for sip phone and just do a reset if you have not already on one phone.
