Hi,
If the phones and DHCP server are in different subnet, then you need to use "ip helper-address" Command.

Fixed it with the bind command.
voice service
allow-connections sip to sip
fax protocol t38 version 0 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback none
sip
bind control source-interface GigabitEthernet0/0
bind media source-interface GigabitEthernet0/0
registrar server

It seems that you have intermittent connectivity drops between remote lan and CME which is causing the phones to reset.
I think you need to troubleshoot the connectivity.
