phones stopped working on  ISR4331-V/K9

Hi

 

We have ISR4331-V/K9 router with 10 cisco ip phones connected to it, it was working fine without any issues the suddenly phones stopped working, my question is do we have to purchase a license to make phones work with standard features?

Note that the basic voice bundle router ISR4331-V/K9 does not include Callmanager Express licensing.   If ordered with the router the SKU is "CME-UL" "Cisco Communication Manager Express (CME) - 1 CME Endpoint Licenseand quantity needs to match the number of extensions.   Your Cisco partner can advise, and also deal with supplying licences separately if this is an existing router.

If your router is smart license mandatory version after the evaluation period the phones will stop working.

Starting with CME version 12.5 (Cisco IOS XE 16.10.1a), all platforms must be registered with a customer’s Cisco Smart Software Management account

You must get the Licenses 10 quantity as mentioned below.
