I have a call manager with a VG224. I created a single line extension of 1999 as my nightbell. I am able to pickup the night bell from any display phone no problems. I want to be able to pickup the nightbell from a shop single line phone. Does anyone know the feature digits i need to dial in order to pickup the nightbell from a single line phone?

You can find SCCP supplementary codes here:

What do you mean by single line phone? IP phone of analog phone? If IP, what model as all should support pickup groups, if analog is it SCCP controlled as that is the only protocol supporting supplementary features?

Sorry what i mean by single line is Standard telephone.
**if analog is it SCCP controlled as that is the only protocol supporting supplementary features?**
This will do.
The factory floor is a dirty environment and the 7900's series phones would not last. Therefore i have to use the standard telephone.
Thanks
