i have no cisco phones, the problems is that pickups local and group work, but direct does not work.
have configured this:

voicemail **9
ephone-hunt join *3
ephone-hunt cancel #3

trnsfvm *6
dpark-retrieval *0
cancel call waiting *1
ephone-hunt unjoin #4
i do not know if there is an additional configuration for direct pickup to work.
