Pilot Point not registering

Hi all,

Having a problem with Pilot Point, it's not registering. I'm using callmanager 7.1.5.10000-12.

I've got CTI Ports registered for Unity Connection, which are working fine, now i've created a Pilot Point for an Auto-Attendant Number and no registration is made, the status is "unknow". iv'e already restarted CTI service and callmanager service, i even rebooted the callmanager (single server).

any help would be kindly appreciated,

thanks everyone

D.

Couple of things, if you're integrating CUCM and CUC you do not use neither CTI Ports nor Pilot Points.

You either integrate via SIP or SCCP with VM ports. And Pilot Points are for Attendant Console, nothing to do with a VM integration.

You would need to use hunt pilots, hunt lists and line groups for the VM ports.

If you mean you created a CTI RP for routing to CUC then it's expected it won't register as you're not using it for a TAPI  or JTAPI app
