place a call using the speakerphone not working in cme 11.6

We are unable to place a call using the speakerphone (Cisco 7921 SIP) in cme ,

It working when i dial number and pick the reciever calls are going .

it not working When i press speaker button  to place call

Reset phone and test.

We tried it ,Unfortunately giving us same issue .Still the speaker phone calling not working
