We have a user running IP Communicator with a Plantronics CS50-USB headset. They say the volume gets very low over time, both caller and called parties say volume is faint. We can run the IP Comm. audio tuning wizard and the volume seems to be fine for a while. According to Plantronics this headset is supposed to be compatable with Cisc IP Comm. Has anyone encountered any issues with this headset? I am going to continue to work with the user to make sure it isn't a volume control issue on thier end. Thanks
